Manager
Explore messages, the calendar, reports, and tasks.
Desktop records stay on your computer. Hosted workspaces use account-based online storage. AI drafting uses relevant team context; the two versions have different access and storage arrangements.
Create and confirm your Eleven account to activate the desktop app for both roles. Upcoming hosted access will use the same account, without a download or activation code; checkout is not open yet.

For recovery, add a second authenticator on another device and keep it somewhere safe. If you lose your main authenticator, select your backup above. Password reset does not bypass two-factor verification.
If you lose every authenticator, contact support for an identity review. Recovery is not automatic.
Revoke a lost computer separately under installations below. Browser sign-out does not revoke installed apps.
Existing desktop installations
These controls are for the desktop version. Website access uses the purchase flow instead.
Create a code, then paste it into the app’s setup screen or Settings → Eleven account. Codes expire after 10 minutes and work once. Creating another code replaces the previous one.
Your installations
Up to five computers per account. Activation lasts 90 days; create a new code when it expires. All computers share your account’s daily drafting allowance. Revoking an installation blocks new requests immediately.

It opens your dashboard in your browser by itself when you start it. Closed that tab? Get back to it here — this only works while the tool is running on this computer; it can't reach anywhere else, and this website can't reach it either.
Use the Manager, Treasurer, or Setup button in the Eleven window. The workspace page also accepts the exact local address shown there; it may use a different port when the default is busy.
Questions, answered
Before you get started.
Can I use Eleven on my phone?
The website and public demos work on phones. The early-access desktop app runs on Mac or Windows; its local dashboard opens on that computer. Hosted cross-device access is still gated.
Will it send messages without me?
Auto-send is off by default. In the desktop app, you can enable selected team-message categories. Turning it off holds future drafts for review; it does not recall sent messages.
How much does it cost?
Public demos are free to explore. No payment is collected for the early-access desktop flow. Hosted pricing is not finalized and checkout is closed.
Is Eleven part of PlayMetrics?
No. Eleven is independent. You need authorized access to your team’s PlayMetrics account for real team work.
Eleven sign-in is separate from PlayMetrics. Never enter your PlayMetrics password here.
